    Advanced local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and visibility expansion services as defined in your specific package.

    Client Content Responsibility

    Client represents that all content, images, logos, videos, trademarks, and materials supplied to Elevate Scaling are owned by the client or used with proper authorization. Client agrees to indemnify Elevate Scaling from claims arising from client-supplied materials.

    Client Responsibilities

    To ensure the success of our campaigns and systems, the Client agrees to:

    • provide requested content
    • provide approvals
    • maintain communication
    • provide account access
    • provide accurate information

    Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and Elevate Scaling is not responsible for such delays.

    No Guarantee Disclaimer

    Elevate Scaling does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, specific lead volume, specific search rankings, Google Maps positions, business growth, booked jobs, return on investment, website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition rates, or SEO performance. Results depend on many factors outside company control.

    Limitation of Liability

    Elevate Scaling shall not be liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, indirect damages, incidental damages, business interruption, data loss, reputational damages, customer losses, loss of sales, or loss of goodwill. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the previous 3 months.

    Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

    Elevate Scaling uses third-party platforms including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google, OpenAI, Twilio, Meta, Microsoft, Apple, domain providers, and hosting providers. Elevate Scaling is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, account restrictions, algorithm changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

    AI Disclaimer

    Some services use AI-assisted systems and automation. AI-generated responses, content, recommendations, and workflows may contain errors or inaccuracies. Client agrees to review business-critical information before relying upon it.
