Cancellation Policy

    Last Updated: May 2026

    Notice Requirements

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

    Post-Cancellation Access

If services are cancelled, access to software systems, automations, workflows, and hosted assets may be removed.

Upon cancellation and the end of your paid billing period, your access to the CRM, marketing automation tools, and associated services will be terminated. We are not responsible for maintaining or exporting your data post-cancellation.

    Domain Ownership

If Elevate Scaling purchases a domain on behalf of a client:

    • ownership terms must be defined
    • transfer fees may apply
    • unpaid balances must be resolved prior to transfer
    • management access may change after cancellation

Website / Platform / System Ownership

Elevate Scaling provides clients with access to websites, automation systems, CRM functionality, workflows, communication systems, hosting infrastructure, and related business tools as part of an ongoing subscription service.

Because many elements of the system operate through proprietary platforms, licensed software, hosting environments, automation structures, and GoHighLevel-based infrastructure, certain components cannot be exported or transferred outside of the Elevate Scaling environment.

    Upon cancellation of services:

    • Websites hosted through Elevate Scaling may be deactivated and removed from active hosting environments
    • CRM systems may be disabled
    • Workflows may be disabled
    • Automations may be disabled
    • AI systems may be disabled
    • Phone systems may be disabled
    • SMS systems may be disabled
    • Integrations may be disabled
    • Platform access may terminate
    • Hosting access may terminate

    Client retains ownership of:

    • Their business name
    • Their domain name (if purchased or transferred into client ownership)
    • Leads generated through the system
    • Customer contact information
    • Reviews generated for the client's business
    • Client-owned logos
    • Client-owned images
    • Client-created content

    Elevate Scaling retains ownership of:

    • Internal workflows
    • Snapshots
    • CRM structures
    • Automation systems
    • Templates
    • AI systems
    • Internal frameworks
    • Hosting environments
    • Licensed software configurations
    • Internal assets and systems
    • Proprietary processes

    IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:

Elevate Scaling provides access to a managed business system and software environment rather than selling standalone transferable software products. Certain platform features and structures are technically restricted from export or transfer due to third-party platform limitations and software architecture.

Upon cancellation, client websites built and hosted through Elevate Scaling may no longer remain active unless separate arrangements are made. The ongoing subscription includes hosting, system infrastructure, software licensing, automation functionality, and supporting technologies required for operation.

Client acknowledges that proprietary systems, workflows, snapshots, automations, hosting structures, and platform environments are subscription-based systems and are not transferable products.
