    Client owns their business assets and content.

    You retain full ownership of:

    • business name
    • logos
    • client-created content

    Elevate Scaling Ownership

    Elevate Scaling retains ownership of proprietary systems, templates, workflows, snapshots, processes, and internal frameworks unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Unless specifically stated otherwise in a custom development agreement, Elevate Scaling & Marketing retains all rights, title, and interest in and to:

    • templates
    • snapshots
    • workflows
    • automation systems
    • CRM structures
    • internal processes
    • proprietary systems
    • Website designs and structural layouts
    • Custom code and scripts

    License to Use

    Upon full payment of applicable subscription or service fees, Elevate Scaling grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the provided systems and designs for your business operations during the term of your active subscription. This license terminates upon cancellation of services.
